Just a heads-up, Church Carnival will be held on 6/19 this year, which is 2 weeks away. It is a great chance for us to serve our church and the community.
Like in the past years, we will be helping out with the food stands. Since we haven't met in the past 2 weeks and we won't be meeting again til the 12th, I don't have a chance to pass the sign up sheet around. So can you please reply to me by the end of this week whether you will be available to help out on the 19th?
Depending on what food we will make or get, preparation may start in the afternoon, or the night before. If we are not making any food, we can just help out with the set up and selling at the food stand. I assume it will be around 5pm - 9pm. You don't have to be there the whole time, just let me know your preference. I am trying to get a brief headcount and get back to the coordinator by the end of this week.
