"How to Keep Healthy?", Saturday Nov. 13 ("如何保持健康?")

How are you doing?  I hope all is well.

 

Enoch Fellowship wants to let you know this Saturday, Nov. 13, Enoch Fellowship will have the following  great programs:

 

Big Group: "How to Keep Healthy?"  (大組是"如何保持健康?")

--what's it all about? There will be the following 3 health profession talk about health and everything you need to know in their professions. Just bring your questions to ask them. Let me highlight what the 3 professions will talk about:

 

1. Heidi Wong-- will talk about health and the prevention of health in her professional doctor's point of view and something that other people would not know, but should know!!

2. Helen Cheung-- will talk about everything you need to know about "medicine/OTC meds" as a pharmacist, such as the way to take and keep the medicine; what are the over-the counter-medicine you can get without the doctor's prescription or seeing the doctor, etc....etc

3. Juliet Wong-- a well-know nutritionist in our church; will talk about everything about nutrition-- YEAH!!

 

Small Group 小組: "Discovery Channel" and "Book Club"

Our gathering will be at the Vine campus once again! Program starts at 7:00PM.  Please come early and join us for dinner at 6:00 PM. Feel free to bring your own dinner or contact Helen at helen3_7@hotmail.com by Friday night  for group take-out dinner.

Dear brothers, sisters and friends,

I would like to thank Dan and Phoebe again for their warm accommodation. Also thank Ingrid and Heidi for leading the singspiration and games. I had a lot of fun, hope you all feel the same!

For next Saturday, we are going to have a joint program with Elim.
Topic: 兩代價值觀的分歧
We will focus on
A) Dating/marriage/family &
B) Career/ministry/meaning of life

Representatives from Enoch and Elim will present the ways of thinking of their generations.
Dan will be the moderator on what is presented and discussed then formulates thought provoking questions.

Please pay attention to the following:
We will be meeting at Spring Campus and potluck dinner will start at 5:30pm.
Remember to bring a dish when you want to join the dinner.
Program will start at 7pm.

See you all Saturday. Invite your friends too!

OFF or Retreat, Saturday Oct. 16 (休息/退修會)

Enoch Fellowship wants to let you know this Saturday, Oct. 16, Enoch Fellowship will be OFF for a 2- days Cantonese Congregation RETREAT. Hopfully, you have registered for the retreat with Wendy by now and I'm sure you will have a FRUITFUL time at the retreat.

--what's it all about? It will predict the economic of next couples of year and how do us Christians can invest.

Bowling at Playdrome, Saturday Sept. 18 (打保齡)

Hi! May the love, peace, and joy of GOD always be with you!

 

Enoch Fellowship wants to let you know this Saturday, Sept.18, Enoch Fellowship will have a FUN "Bowling" activity from 2pm-4pm at the following location:

Enoch got a special off from them, which is the group rate $50 for 2 hours (includes a pizza and unlimited number of drink), which mean everybody will only be chipping in "some" money (for example, if we have 10 people going, then each of us just chip in for $5 and that includes a piece of pizza and unlimited number of drink). So, please feel free to invite as many friends/relatives as you want to this bowling game and contact Terrence at tmsu1@yahoo.com for registration, ride arrangement, or any question by Friday 6pm if you didn't register at our last Saturday's fellowship.
